Out of print archive editions?

James Friel Member	posted March 11, 2003 03:57 PM Several other volumes have had second (or higher) printings. I don't think there's any reason to necessarily expect that any other volumes will be issued at lower prices. It might happen, sure, and it might even be a good idea from DC's point of view as a way to attract more readers--but then again it might raise unrealistic expectations and encourage prospective buyers to wait "until the price drops" on other volumes even though there's no reason to believe that the price will drop at all in those cases. CMCINTYRE3600 Member	posted March 12, 2003 09:53 AM I have a feeling that we'll get lower prices on a few more volumes, spaced out over a couple of years. They'd be old ones that have pretty much run their course. Maybe Superman, JLA, and Legion. Spaced out every year or year and a half. As an incentive to get people not only into the Archives, but specificaly into these long running lines. Chris IP: Logged
